Thank you for shopping at Elvoras. We are dedicated to delivering your items as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We want to keep your checkout experience simple and transparent. We offer the following shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $39.99
Estimated Delivery Windows:

United States & Europe: 7 to 15 business days

Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days
⚠️ Please Note: Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, holiday seasons, or severe weather conditions. Elvoras is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external logistics factors.
3. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can track your journey directly through the link provided. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Elvoras is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order.

Customer Responsibility: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is rejected, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred to reship the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Elvoras is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as successfully "Delivered" to the address provided. We recommend contacting the local carrier directly or ensuring a secure drop-off location.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives physically damaged or defective, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. You must notify us at dusan.gal3@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the damaged product and packaging so we can immediately arrange a replacement for you.
